Srinagar (J&K), Jun 20 (ANI) : Jammu and Kashmir Governor NN Vohra received guard of honour as he took charge as the head of the state on Wednesday. Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti resigned on Tuesday after Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) pulled out alliance with Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the Valley.
