Mumbai, Jun 17 (ANI): Heavy rains lashed many parts of Mumbai Sunday. The rains caused waterlogging at many parts of the city and especially in low lying areas. The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has taken a number of precautionary measures to ensure that the residents don’t face any problem. The Mumbai police also warned people to drive safe after a vehicle tripped over in Parel due to slippery roads resulting from the rain. Monsoon has already hit Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and North-East, and will move up north from Maharashtra.
