Dehradun (Uttarakhand), Jun 12 (ANI): Union Law and Justice Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said that he is trying to link Aadhaar card with license so that drivers, who escape from one state to another by killing or injuring people would be caught. He added that he is discussing it with Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari about the scheme. “I am in conversation with Union Minister Nitin Gadkari to link Aadhaar card with license, so that if a drunk driver escapes from one state to another by killing people, he would be caught. A person can change name not his/her finger prints,” said Prasad.
