Aligarh (Uttar Pradesh), Jun 11 (ANI): Three arrested after police busted a cell phone theft racket in Uttar Pradesh’s Aligarh. According to the police, the racket was involved in changing IMEI of stolen phones and then they used to sell it. 109 cell phones, laptops, among other items recovered from them. Further investigation is underway.
