Allahabad (Uttar Pradesh), Jun 11 (ANI): Prayagraj Express in which Minority Affairs Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi was travelling got delayed by 6 hours. Other passengers travelling in the same train said, “There was no water available in coaches. It’s difficult to travel in trains because of these reasons”.
