Shimla (Himachal Pradesh)/ Mangalore (Karnataka)/ Panaji (Goa), Jun 09 (ANI): Pre-monsoon rains in different cities of the country have brought respite from scorching heat. In Shimla and Mangalore, the rainfall has lowered the temperature to a minimum of 12 and 24 degree Celcius respectively. However in Goa, heavy rains have caused water-logging on the city streets. Apart from these three cities, Mumbai and Thane have also received rainfall on Saturday morning.
