Poonch (Jammu and Kashmir), Jun 16 (ANI): Mohd Hanif, father of slain soldier Rifleman Aurangzeb, requested the Central and State government for peace in the valley on Saturday. He said, “I request the Center and the State government to make sure that militancy comes to an end in Jammu and Kashmir.” Mortal remains of Rifleman Aurangzeb arrived in his hometown today. Locals along with Army personnel had gathered in for the arrival of his mortal remains. Rifleman Aurangzeb, who was kidnapped by militants on Thursday from Shopian district, was found dead with multiple gunshot wounds the next day. Terrorists had also release a video of the Army jawan in his captivity post his death.
