Noida (Uttar Pradesh), Jun 10 (ANI): Residents of several housing societies in Noida staged a protest against the building of a dumping ground in Sector 123, on Sunday. The residents who gathered in large numbers demanded that the dumping ground be shifted to a lesser populated area than their premises. More than a thousand people gathered for the protest and were joined by Congress leader PL Punia who blames the government for the inconvenience caused to the general public over a dumping ground. Punia even warned the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) about the repercussions of this on the 2019 general elections.
