Khagaria (Bihar), Jun 22 (ANI): In a shocking incident, a 12-year-old boy was shot dead allegedly for plucking mangoes from the orchard of his neighbour in Bihar’s Khagaria. The accused, who was carrying an unlicensed pistol, is absconding. The victim studied in class four at a village school.
