TDP intensifies fight against Centre on implementation of reorganization act promises, special status

Amaravati (Andhra Pradesh), Jun 15 (ANI): Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu-led Telugu Desam Party (TDP) has decided to intensify its fight against Central Government for implementation of reorganization act promises and special status. As part of that, TDP has decided to again introduce no-confidence motion in the forthcoming monsoon session of parliament. CM Naidu in his meeting with party MPs discussed issues to be raised in the NITI Aayog meeting on bifurcation promises and fund allocations. Meanwhile, Rajya Sabha MP CM Ramesh will sit on indefinite fast on 20th June for the sake of Kadapa Steel Plant. The Centre in its recent affidavit to Supreme Court said that installing steel plant at Kadapa is not financially viable. However, AP Government argues it is a viable project for at least 15 years.
