New Delhi, Jun 28 (ANI): While addressing a press conference in the national capital, Union Minister for Law & Justice Ravi Shankar Prasad said terrorists in Pakistan will be happy with statement of Congress on surgical strike. He further asked Congress if demoralising the Army is their only motive. “The people who will be most happy with the statement of Congress leaders are the terrorists in Pakistan. Congress will get a certificate from some terrorist organisations of Pakistan just like Ghulam Nabi Azad got the certificate from Lashkar-e-Taiba”.
