New Delhi, Jun 24 (ANI): Delhi Police have arrested an army major Nikhil Handa in connection with the murder of another major’s wife, Shailaja Dwivedi whose throat slit body, was found from Brar Square Saturday afternoon. DCP on west, Vijay Kumar Singh said he was nabbed from Uttar Pradesh’s Meerut on Sunday and his interrogation was on.“The accused has been brought to Delhi. He knew the victim since 2015. He had approached her several times for marriage but she refused. During an argument in the car he attacked her with a knife, threw her out of the car and ran over her,” said Vijay Singh,DCP West.
