Mumbai, Jun 22 (ANI): Modern day yoga is a culmination of culture and innovation. Mumbai based yoga guru, Mansoor Baluch’s Nuage Hot Yoga provides a new perspective to the traditional art of yoga. Nuage Hot Yoga provides choreographed and specially designed yoga poses performed in a room heated to 39-41 degree Celsius and sometimes more. The founder, Mansoor Baluch says, “People are enthusiastic to get life insurances which will help them after they incur an illness. But Yoga is a better life insurance option.” Further adding that yoga is an investment for life. Nuage has been running for the past six years and has up to 300 regular members.
