Jalgaon (Maharashtra), Jun 15 (ANI): Two children allegedly belonging from matang community were beaten by belt and stick in Wakadi village of Maharashtra’s Jalgaon. A video went viral in which two children are seen standing by the wall and a man is beating them with belt.
