Dumka (Jharkhand), Jun 24 (ANI): During an anti-encroachment drive on late Saturday afternoon, a building collapsed whilst being demolished. The accident took a near-fatal turn when the building fell on a poclain crane which was bringing down the illegal building. Chaos ensued after the collapse fearing the death of the poclain operator. The operator was recovered from the damaged vehicle and rubble after two hours of rescue operations. The operator lost two of his legs in the accident and is in a critical state at a hospital facility in Jharkhand’s Deogarh.
