Mysore (Karnataka), Jun 04 (ANI): In a shocking turn of events, a person got washed away in gushing water of Chunchanakatte falls in Mysore on June 3. The deceased went for a picnic along with his family members and a few friends. While he was in the water, the water level suddenly rose up. The nearby hydel power station sounded the siren but the tourists couldn’t hear it. The deceased has been identified as a Haryana-based Somashekar working as a scientist with the Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI).
