New Delhi, Jun 19 (ANI): Congress supporters celebrated Congress president Rahul Gandhi’s 48th birthday outside the Party headquarters in national capital on Tuesday. This is Rahul Gandhi’s first birthday after taking charge as Congress President after Sonia Gandhi. He took charges as the party president at the time when Congress is at its weakest. He joined politics in the year 2004 and is perceived as opposition’s prime ministerial candidates in upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Gandhi himself has once said that if the Congress emerges as the single-largest party in 2019 election, he would be willing to take charge as the Prime Minister of the country.
