Vaishali (Bihar), Jun 15 (ANI): A man was thrashed by police and passersby on suspicion of stealing bike in Bihar’s Vaishali. The incident took place in Mahnar block of Vaishali district. In a video made by a bystander, the accused is seen being thrashed earlier by locals and later by police.
