Singapore, Jun 01 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi presented the prestigious Padma Shri Award to Singapore’s former diplomat Prof Tommy Koh on Thursday. Koh is one of the ten ASEAN recipients of the award. Earlier on January 26, PM Modi announced the fourth highest civilian honour for one individual from each ASEAN country. Earlier today, the Indian Prime Minister held delegation level talks with his Singapore counterpart Lee Hsien Loong and exchanged several Memorandums of Understanding (MoU).
