Chennai (Tamil Nadu), Jun 06 (ANI): Chennai after a heavy bout of rain is facing severe water-logging issues. Roads are immersed in water leading to traffic and more inconvenience. The rain was however happily welcomed in Chennai as it resulted in lowered temperatures and relief from the scorching heat.
