New Delhi, Jun 27 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday interacted with beneficiaries of social security via video conference and highlighting the importance of availing banking facilities. “When our government came to power, the economically deprived people were in their worst state. They didn’t even own a bank passbook. We focused on Dalit, victims, women, adivasis and the financially deprived. Our focus was to build a strong base for them, so we created easily available banking facilities. Our goals were, ‘banking the unbanked, funding the unfunded and securing the unsecured’,” PM Modi said.
