Jogulamba Gadwal (Telangana), Jul 27 (ANI): As many as 24 peacocks were found dead in two districts of Telangana. The incident had taken place within the span of 10 days. District Forest Officers of Jogulamba Gadwal and Nagarkurnool districts said, “We suspect peacocks have fed on the crops, on which poisonous pesticides were used by the farmers to protect them from insects”. Further investigation is underway.
