Moradabad (Uttar Pradesh), Jul 05 (ANI): In an incident that will rise questions on law & order situation in UP, 4 bike-borne miscreants were caught molesting a woman inside the premises of District Court in Moradabad on July 04. Police said, “Two people have been arrested in the case and 2 of their partners are still absconding”.
