Kannauj (UP), Jul 11 (ANI): At least eight persons lost their lives on Agra-Lucknow Expressway during a plaintive road accident that occurred today morning. The accident took place when a Bolero carrying passengers collided with a container vehicle. 8 people died on the spot while 3 persons got injured and were rushed for medical help. The deceased, hailing from Rajasthan, were on the way to Namisharanya in Sitapur district for pilgrimage. As per the DM of Kannauj, 7 people died on the spot while the 8th succumbed to his injuries and was brought dead to the hospital. The reason behind the accident is yet to be identified.
