New Delhi, Jul 04 (ANI): The Supreme Court on the Aam Aadmi Party vs Delhi Lieutenant Governor case said that Delhi Lieutenant Governor cannot act independently without taking aid from Council of Ministers. On the verdict, Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia thanked SC for the judgment. “It’s a landmark judgment by Supreme Court. Now Delhi Govt will not have to send their files to LG for approval, now work will not be stalled. I thank the SC and it’s a big win for democracy”, said Sisodia.
