Alwar (Rajasthan), Jul 24 (ANI): Rajasthan Home Minister Gulab Chand Kataria visited the site where lynching of 28-year-old Rakbar Khan took place. Gulab Chand Kataria was accompanied by the police with whom he had discussions. The Home Minister said, “It is important to review the place to know whether people came through roads or elsewhere. The law does not permit anyone to kill, whether it is cow smuggling or not. The person can complaint to the police or handover the culprit to them but has no right to kill anyone.”
