Pune (Maharashtra), Jul 08 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party National President Amit Shah on Sunday attended Sant Dnyaneshwar Maharaj and Sant Tukaram Maharaj palkhi processions in Maharashtra’s Pune. He was accompanied by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. The palkhi processions entered in Pune on Saturday. Thousands of devotees gave a grand welcome to the warkaris. On Monday, both the palkhis will leave for Pandharpur. Every year, lakhs of devotees walk along the route from Alandi to Pandharpur and Dehu to Pandharpur and offer their respects to Lord Vitthal.
