Jalalabad (Afghanistan), Jul 28 (ANI): An explosion rocked Afghanistan’s Jalalabad city on Saturday. The explosion which occurred around 11:30am local time indicated that a complex which houses a midwife training centre might have been under the attack. The centre belongs to the country’s Ministry of Public Health. However, the exact target is yet to be confirmed, ToloNews reported. Spokesperson for the Nangarhar governor, Attaullah Khogyani, has confirmed the incident. The number of casualties in the incident is not yet known.
