New Delhi, Jul 12 (ANI): The Joint Commissioner of Police Alok Kumar on Thursday said that postmortem reports all the deceased states ‘ante mortem hanging’ and it supports suicide theory. “The reports support theory of suicide. We are examining the reports. Further investigation underway”, said Joint Police Commissioner Alok Kumar.
