Faizabad (Uttar Pradesh), Jul 30 (ANI): Prisoner Shivendra Singh celebrated his birthday inside prison in Faizabad last week. He is serving jail time on charges of murder. He said that the jailer made arrangements for him to celebrate his birthday after he paid him Rs 1 lakh. The SSP and District Magistrate took stock of the prison after the incident.
