Chamoli (Uttarakhand), Jul 16 (ANI): Cloudburst occurred in Chamoli district’s Tharali region in Uttarakhand early on Monday morning. Houses and vehicles were damaged in the cloudburst. Police and other local administrations arrived on location to review damage to life and property. According to initial reports no loss of life has been reported.
