Bhopal (MP), Jul 03 (ANI): Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Tuesday reacted on the recent heinous rape incidents in Satna and Mandsaur and said that accused should get capital punishment. The MP CM added that he has urged the Chief Justice of India (CJI) to set up ‘fast track higher courts’ or evolve any other mechanism to expedite hearings in rape cases.
