New Delhi, Jul 30 (ANI): Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) leader Subramanian Swamy on Monday said that the Congress party has been practicing ‘shoot and scoot’ policy from a long time. “The Congress party has been practicing shoot and scoot policy since long time thinking that whatever rubbish they speak will become the truth,” Swamy said. Swamy while speaking about Congress leader Digvijaya Singh said, “He just raises sensational issues but he is never specific about them. He accuses that cow meat exporters fund the Modi government, but he does not list the names of those who fund.” He added that Digvijaya Singh does not provide follow ups to his statement, and just throws accusations and moves on to some other topic.
