Kota (Rajasthan), Jul 20 (ANI): Police have nabbed four people for allegedly thrashing two men who were transporting cows. The incident took place at Hanging Bridge toll plaza in Rajasthan’s Kota. Police have handed over the recovered cows to a Gaushala. Police are further investigating the matter. The Supreme Court has recently told the Parliament to consider creating a new
penal provision to deal with incidents of vigilantism.
