Dairy farmers’ strike enters 4th day in Maharashtra

Nagpur (Maharashtra), Jul 19 (ANI): Strike by dairy farmers in Maharashtra, led by Swabhimani Shetkari Sanghtana (SSS) entered its fourth day today. They are demanding subsidy of Rs 5 per liter and GST waiver from the State Government. “We will take and tie all our cows and buffaloes in Chief Minister’s bungalow if our demands are not met”, said a protestor. Milk supply has been badly hit due to strike in state.
