Bhubaneswar (Odisha), Jul 13 (ANI): Union Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Dharmendra Pradhan attended Swachhta Pakhwada Program in Bhubaneswar’s Bharatpur on Friday. He participated along with volunteers in the cleaning campaign. He also spread awareness against use of plastic.
