Mohali (Punjab), Jul 29 (ANI): Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Minister Dharmendra Pradhan attended the foundation laying ceremony of National Skill Training Institute for women in Mohali on Saturday. He also inaugurated a special Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendra (PMKK) for the specially-abled. “With vision of development for all, categories of ‘Divyanjans’ were increased to cater to their aspirations & provide them a life of respect and dignity, said Minister Pradhan on the occasion.
