Bhubaneswar (Odisha), Jul 17 (ANI): Union Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas Dharmendra Pradhan laid the foundation stone for a rehabilitation centre for persons with severe disabilities at Shanta Memorial Rehabilitation Centre (SMRC) in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. SMRC is the only unit in the region providing comprehensive rehabilitation from hospital to house.
