New Delhi, Jul 16 (ANI): Heavy rains lashed national capital causing water-logging on Monday. Incessant rainfall resulted in water-logging on several roads. Passengers aboard a DTC bus had a narrow escape as the bus got submerged under the Minto Road Bridge, following heavy rain.
