Taleigao (Goa), Jul 08 (ANI): President Ram Nath Kovind attended the 30th convocation of Goa University. While addressing the gathering, he said that education is empowerment. It not only helps us to know our world better but also help to think of the ways to make world better. India is the world’s third largest educational system but it also serves world’s largest youth population.
