Dehradun (Uttarakhand), Jul 17 (ANI): At least five boys allegedly raped an 8-year-old girl in Uttarakhand’s Dehradun on July 12. The boys, aged between nine to 14 years, said that they had watched pornography on a mobile phone two days before committing the crime. However, the police have registered a case in this regard.
