Bhubaneswar (Odisha), Jul 21 (ANI): Bhubaneswar received heavy downpour today. Heavy rainfall lashed the city gearing down the lives of locals. Vehicles nearly submerged in water due to water logging in the city. Water rose to knee length levels creating flood-like situations. Rains created difficulty and brought daily life to a standstill. “Even our houses are filled with water. We have complained everywhere but no steps have been taken up by government” said a resident. Schools are currently closed in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack.
