Bhubaneswar (Odisha), Jul 16 (ANI): Heavy rainfall in Odisha’s capital left the city severely water logged and brought flood like situation in parts of Bhubaneswar on Monday. The city came to a halt after vehicles were seen more than partially submerged in water. The water overflowed into houses leaving people stranded. Police and authorities are conducting rescue operations to help the affected. Heavy spells of rain are expected to continue in the city this week, according to Indian Meteorological Department (IMD).
