New Delhi, Jul 04 (ANI): Delhi former chief minister Sheila Dikshit reacted on the ongoing tussle between Delhi Government and Lieutenant General Baijal. She said that as per Article 239 (AA) of the Constitution, Delhi is not a state, it is a Union Territory. The former Delhi CM warned that if AAP Government and LG don’t work together then Delhi will face problems.
