Shimla (Himachal Pradesh), Jul 17 (ANI): India Meteorological Department’s Meteorological Centre in Shimla issued heavy rain alert for 12 hours in Himachal Pradesh on Tuesday. Mandi district received the highest rainfall of 192 mm in the last 48 hours. Minimum temperatures in the Shimla and surrounding areas dropped to 17 degree Celsius, with maximum temperature reaching up to 23 degree Celsius.
