Belagavi (Karnataka), Jul 16 (ANI): Janata Dal (Secular) JD (S) workers created ruckus over appointment of a new District President of the party during a party meeting in Karnataka’s Belagavi. The workers showed their aggression in front of JD (S) supremo HD Deve Gowda who was also present at the meeting.
