Jumbos venture outside forest area in Mayurbhanj’s Sukruli block

Mayurbhanj (Odisha), Jul 23 (ANI): A herd of 25 elephants went on a rampage spree in Mayurbhanj’s Sukruli block in Odisha and destroyed several houses in last couples of days. The herd of Jumbo tuskers sneaked into Sukruli block and has been creating havoc for the last 3-4 days. Elephants have also destroyed acres of cultivation in the last 3-4 days. On June 14, More than 70 elephants from Jharkhand have entered in a village of Odisha’s Mayurbhanj and destroyed more than 20 acres of cultivation.
