Kupwara (Jammu & Kashmir), Jul 11 (ANI): One security personnel was killed and another one was critically injured in the ongoing encounter between security forces and terrorists in Kupwara district’s Handwara area. Exchange of gunfire between security forces and terrorists is underway.
