Mathura (UP), Jul 27 (ANI): Heavy downpour left commuters stranded for hours as traffic jams were witnessed in Uttar Pradesh’s Mathura due to water-logging. Traffic snarls were witnessed in several parts of the city including major intersections of Mathura. Roads are immersed in water leading to traffic and more inconvenience. Schools and colleges remained closed in various parts of the state due to heavy downpour. Heavy to very heavy rain with extremely heavy falls very likely at isolated places over Uttar Pradesh region according to Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) weather warning.
