Mumbai, Jul 20 (ANI): Amid increasing mob lynching cases in country, government has sent another letter to messaging platform WhatsApp, asking for ‘more effective solutions’ that can bring in ‘accountability and facilitate enforcement of law’. Reacting to the issue, Cyber law specialist Prashant Mali on Friday said that WhatsApp is completely focused on its own chronic capitalism. Its efforts are halfhearted and it doesn’t want to support Indian citizens, he added. Mali added that WhatsApp is not ready to accept that as a messaging platform, it is responsible for spreading of the fake news, leading to deaths.
